TM G36c problem, Mech box.
Ok so im pretty sure it's my mech box but im puting it out there anyway's.
I just bought the gun USED so it already had a few problems with it but none that made it inoperable. So when I got recived the gun I fired a few times in my basement and it worked fine. After that I didnt fire it until a game on tuesday and thats when it all happend. We went on the feild and started the game and it was shooting fine few the first 10-15 shots (I was using a first factory 5000 round box mag) and then the bb's satarted falling out of the barrle, af first i thought it could have been the hop-up but no biggie i have another one with me. Then I wehn to show my teamate what was happenig and bb's wouldnt come out at all. The only response was that it sounded like the motor was clicking and trying to spin but wouldn't. So after that I left it until i got home. Once I did I took it apart, pulle dout the mech box and motor assembely and tried firing again, and again the motor clicked and that was it. So I took the motor off, pulled te trigger and the motor spun like it should have so it made me assume there's something wrong with the mech box. HELP!!! |

Not enough battery power? What kind and brand of battery were you using, and what power spring are you using?

Every time I've encountered this in my G36 it's been due to lack of battery power.

not enough juice somehow gets into the motor (lack of battery power, connexion pb)
or there's a shimming problem and the gears don't spin easily. you can test the voltage both out of the battery and at the motor's poles to see what's going on here and there and how much power you get. somewhere it should be lower than required battery voltage.

It's a mini battery and it's 9 at the battery and 7 at the motor, so if it's that all I need to do is get a bigger battery. As for the spring I'm not sure, I'm gonna say it's the stock.
But if it needs to be re shimmed, how would I go about doing that? |

I've had a similar problem with my CA try checking the trigger contacts. If there black and burned that can cause extra electrical resistance.
