The only thing that look m4 like are the stock and grip. The foregrip just looks like a mutated something random.

The foregrip is the Magpul MOE grip. http://www.magpul.com/catalog/index....roducts_id=303

Actually those are Magpul M4 foregrips. I have the very thing, they are great. Fit is easy and perfect, very comfortable. The holes in them are to accommodate a rail system. Which I am getting after the Christmas damage is taken care of.

I highly recommend these foregrips, and the MIAD pistol grip is great too. Price is good too, for Magpul.
