Fixing a double-feed like on reel steel?

I know how double-feed solutions work for real M4's, but I'd have to use that plastic stick that comes with the stock AEG to fix to fix a double feed on an AEG. Do you think (and this is as newbie a question as it comes because I have no knowledge about AEG internals whatsoever) that it would be possible to make use of the "ping-pong paddle" and/or the charging handle on the rifle? Like, if you charge the handle, the BB goes up in the chamber kind-of-thing... (charging the handle with an empty magwell would result in both BBs falling out if the ping pong paddle is pressed)?

no, that's not how it works, on most aeg's both those devices are purely for aesthetic purposes
