another stupid question
even though im 99% sure BDUs are allowed, but i want to ask u guys one last time
my tactical response uniform woodland and pair of nomex gloves got held by the customs seriously, if this package is legit, iunno why the fuck they are holding it oh and i just wanna remind everyone here even though u guys probably know this a long time ago already... if they catch u once, they'll pay extra attention and maybe even hold your future packages they are so freakin' pissing me off |

Did you get a letter that says your package has been detained? There's no point complaining about it unless you've gotten the letter. It's quite normal for packages to take a while to clear customs, given the volume of goods that cross the border every day.

no letter right now. wt im wondering is if the package is legal i 've talked to the cbsa and they say packages that are legit takes 2-4 weeks the max to process (so if anyone here has had their packages held for this time and received them finally, there's your reason) even then it seems like these days they c my package and they divert it onto another conveyor belt heading to doom or sth |

For some reason alot of packages arriving at Mississauga have been delayed lately by customs. Not sure why this is but I have come to expect at least a two week wait for customs to release my package.

where do you live? lower mainland? I know a couple guys from Lower mainland that are having stuff getting held for a longer than normal period of time at the moment.
And they are all legal. Vancouver customs is just being more of a bitch these couple of days I believe. |

My current record is 92 days from order to reception. Granted, it came from EB so there is a built-in delay right there, but still, at least 60 days in customs.

why dont u talk to them?
if i really dont receive my shit this week or sth im gonna talk 2 the shipper, then to the customs once a full month has been fulfilled i'll b really pissed if im u wtf's wrong with the customs. no numbers for us to go after our package?! u should really check up with the customs they might have lost it or sth and not say a word remember this is canada that's how they do things here. take as long as they want, then "dont worry about it" even when there's a problem and worst yet cuz there's no way to contact them they can do whatever they want very irresponsible management system doing some heavy responsibility work |

Because trying to talk to customs is pretty much like trying to fuck a brick.

Ah if only it were that simple, EB Airsoft's customer service is the worst I have ever heard, items coming broken, not allowing to be returned.
Not answering Emails or Phone Calls.... the list goes on.
