GBBR and air
So I stopped looking at airsoft guns once I got my systema, but am looking for a second gun and these GBBR's look really nice.
I see that some of them can run on C02, but can we get them to run off air? like the ol paintballers do? Obviously I dont want a tank on my back, but have it all in the mags.

Mags won't be able to hold HPA. How would you even fill them? You need a special, rated for HPA tank.

If your looking to spend $2000 on a second gun, you could get a really tricked out hicapa!
Or if you want something that you can use in the field you could get a fully upgraded TM MEU lol I've heard good things and bad things about GBBRs. I was actually seriously considering one, then I went to claybank. It was a little chilly in the morning and nobody had a reliable GBBR till noon lol I'm curious to hear about the performance comparison though, since it seems everyone that has a PTW also has a GBBR. |

Yeah, I will keep my PTW, but would like to play with the GBBR if its just as realistic. I normally fill my mags to 30 anyways, so the low caps are not a big deal.
I have no real ideal how air works, so wasnt sure if it would be that hard or not. Sounds like its not possible.

It's not possible... the volume for air in a magazine is so low, that you wouldn't get more than 5 shots out of the gun before the air was expended.
