JG G36C is just a clone of the Marui.
ARES G36C is actually quite original. It uses a micro-switch trigger assembly and has a quick spring change system. Externally, JG is constructed from straight ABS like Marui. Feels like a dead lump of plastic. ARES is more like CA, nylon fibre body. I know CA body feels much better than Marui and JG, I expect the same from ARES. Make sure you're buying an ARES, which is new production stuff, and the seller isn't mistaking an old Star for an ARES.
