Which single point sling would you recommend?
Ladies & gents,
I am getting a Echo1 HK416. I am thinking of getting a "single point sling", I did some research and there are some different brand of single point sling; however, I couldn't make a decision yet. Mind sharing your experience with your single point sling? It would be very appreciated if brand/model would be provided. Thanks.

I use a single point MOUT sling made by Specter.
It mounts to the back of the reciever between the buffer tube and the body and is very solid and I have yet to run into any issues. Its very comfy and very sturdy. Heres are some random links to an online companies that stock them. http://www.gmstactical.com/spmioponurte.html http://www.quanticoarms.com/asp/item...Point%20Slings

You may want to take a look at some of Condor's slings:
http://www.condoroutdoor.com/tacticalslings.aspx we are doing a pre-order sale so you can get them cheap for the time being. Our convertible double layer slings also are great in a 1-Pt config. |

I'm a fan of my Emdom/MM Gunslinger sling. Switches between one and two point. http://www.militarymorons.com/weapon...tml#gunslinger
http://prostores2.carrierzone.com/se...a/Detail?no=57 You can get it at OP Tactical which has a great selection of non Emdom stuff too. You have to buy sling hooks separately though. Last edited by scottyfox; June 28th, 2009 at 23:53.. Reason: I suck at posting links. |

I have been using this one for over a year now :
http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/combat-ge...ing-black.html Even though it's an cheap sling from ehobbyasia it's not even close to breaking. It's still in a very good shape even if it has seen quite a few games and lotsa crawling on the ground

Thanks guys. Was thinking of MagPul MS2, but it is way out of my budget limit, so I chose Silverthorn's suggestion http://shop.ehobbyasia.com/combat-ge...ing-black.html at very last minute.
It is very cheap and only cost $17.xx CND shipped. sounds like a good deal.
