Kalash Full Metal AKs-74u flashhider
So my 74u's flash hider will NOT come off. So far, I've pushed in the pin, and turns counter clockwise and nothing. Then i see a little spot of glue...Hmm what's this? It's the SCREW. Why would they glue the screw in....
Anyways, so i heat up the glue, get rid of it, and here is the flash hider's screw. Needs an allen wrench, but every single one i've tried won't fit. I can't get all the "debris" out of the hole, and my keys are not working. Any ideas? |

The flash hider on the Kalash AKS-74U does not have a screw holding the flash hider in place, it has a hex key holding the adapter for the flash hider, maybe that is what you are referring to.
Have you tried Imperial and Metric hex key sets? I have both kind and never had a problem taking the little hex screw out to take off the flash hider adapter. |

Yeah, that's what i meant. The problem is, i don't have those laying around. I mean, the closest one is so close to fititng, but i tinhk it's becuase of the debris in there. Any ideas to get the stuff out?

Hmm, tried that, but i'll give it another go.
EDIT: Nothing, i'll just have to find another hex key.
