Hello. I don't want to tell the whole story. Yet. Let's just say I'm borderline losing patience.

I've been trying to contact dragwindsor for quite some time now, without getting a reply (PM, MSN, e-mail). Right now I would just like to know if anyone was able to get a reply from him since May 27th? I know he posted on the boards on May 29th but his last answer to my inquiries was on the 27th. So if anyone sees this and got a reply from him since then, please PM me.

Just saw that I can't edit my first post...

So, here is the story:

I ordered a gun from Tony and paid in full on May 10th via Paypal, as the nearest branch of his bank is a 1h30 away from my town. Payment included XpressPost shipping and insurance.

On May 21st, he sends me a message stating the gun is in.

May 27th, I send him a message as I wondered if he meant the gun was in country or at his place. The same day he confirms the gun is with him.

May 31st, I ask him if he thinks he'll be able to ship the gun this week. No answer.

June 2nd, I send him another PM regarding shipping. No answer.

June 4th, two weeks since he has received the gun and still haven't shipped or gave me an explanation/timeframe for shipping. I send him a PM and e-mail requesting a tracking number within the next 24h or I'll ask a full refund. Still no answer.

Today: I make this post, as I consider I should give him one more chance to explain himself or ship the gun. He really seemed like a noce honest guy at first and I don't want to be proven wrong. On Monday I'll have to start a paypal dispute to recover my money.

I do not believe it's acceptable for anyone to take two weeks to ship an item that is instock, unless you have a REALLY good excuse OR you make up for the delay in a way or another. Right now, I feel that either:

1- He is having serious issues that could explain the delay.

2- He doesn't have any ethic in regards to shipping in a reasonable timeframe.

3- He lied to me regarding the date of the reception of the item.

Case 1: I'll discuss and judge.
Case 2 and 3: I'll take a full refund and won't take bullshit/wait more weeks to get the gun, as my airsoft season will be really short this year.

I just opened I paypal dispute.

I'll escalate it to an official claim in 24h.

Item shipped yesterday evening (June 10th). Standard instead of XpressPost as agreed in the beginning of the deal...

Finally got the gun. Item is as ordered. No battery in the package, I was pretty sure A&K M249 came with one. Anyway, I don't care. Just happy to be done with dragwindsor.
