Tips For Shipping a Gun
Anyone have general tips for shipping a gun, be it through CP or anyone else?
Packaging, insurance, etc? Thanks. |

1. Insurance - always for the full value of the gun
2. Packaging - as well as possible. Preferably the original box. Make sure to wrap the package in something discreet like brown wrapping paper. 3. Disclosure - DONT tell CP or anyone what it is, just don't bring it up. |

also dont forget to get the tracking number and more importantly... always provide the tracking number to the buyer.
this will save you a lot of headaches and most importantly... always communicate with the buyer... even if it is to tell them that you couldnt ship the gun as promised because you got to the post office only to find it closed.... |

Protect the gun, preferably send it out in the styrofoam shell it came in.
Consider buying a cheap solid guncase and shipping it in that. |
