Canadian Source for Bolle T800 Lens

Hey,
I had my order at Optics Planet fall through (was going to ship to a friend coming home from school, but wouldn't arrive in time).

Does anyone have a good source within Canada, or the states that doesn't charge 20 for shipping.

Keep in mind, Chingyul needs lenses for the old generation Bolles (headband loops don't stick out the sides), probably gen versions. We've tried the new ones and clones as well but they don't fit very well.
