Hello fello airsofters my friend gave me his AK-74 U and i need help branding it as i tried countless time using google- etc. i know these facts about the gun

Not knowing what brand this gun is. Is eating me away on the inside so im looking forward to hearing your answers!! Cheers!! |

When you said "branding" I was picturing what they do to live stock, but you doing it to your gun... Yah, I know what you...REALLY mean.

Probably REALLY REALLY cheap Double Eagle or very the REALLY REALLY cheap CYMA line.
Definitely not a JG. JG would have a metal gearbox and gears. |

It's not a CYMA. And its not a real gun, so its not a 74u. It's just a clone of the TM spetz.

It's a Jing Gong, some lower end guns come with locaps, I had a Cyma MPEG AK47 that came with a metal 70rd mag. Jing Gong made 2 versions of the 0510, the first edition was made with a plastic gearbox, the newer one is the metal gearbox one.
Ignore what it says about "full metal body" they mean just the top cover lol http://www.mrairsoft.com/product_inf...roducts_id=378 http://www.ajayzcheapairsoft.com/cat...14/4794344.htm 2nd edition with metal gearbox, again nevermind the metal body description http://www.airsplat.com/Items/ER-XL-AK47-0510 http://www.vertexairsoft.com/product-p/0510.htm

Yeah as pusangani said, most likely OLD JG (when they were complete shit, as in starting out) or an OLD CYMA model or something like that. most likely not something any company still builds and again, not worth even trying to use.

With the exception to the top sight and the plastic gear box, it looks identical to my TM AK Spetsnaz. Get a new v3 box and you're off to the races.
