AR15 Custom Build

Finally.

So they mismatched my 600lm flashlight, and recieved this one. Bleh, I like the shape and size of it, so I'm fine, whatever. They didn't even give me batteries when I ordered a charger.. how dumb. Anyways hope you enjoyed.

I think your front sight is on backwards

Also how do u zero it if your sights are at 2 different levels? Just might want to think about that.

I don't believe direction matters, Nova. I've seen TD folders set up like that.... No issues there.

Lanny, nice bloody job. You've come a long way from your "white out" days.

They're zero-d right on target at 20 ish feet on the top of the post.
They can be set either way. I chose the front the other way because I can karate chop it, and it till fling up no problem.
Thanks

A few extra dollars saved can actually make a difference.
We still need to hit up a game.

I'm liking the overall setup but I don't like where the PEQ is (I know its a pretty standard place to put it). It blocks your hand from being up high with your thumb following the bore, a style that I've really began to love.

I placed it so my thumb can be there, and also my hand can be moved a bit further back for control.
I would want the flashlight on the left side, but you should always have the flashlight on the chamber side.
Also, once the PEQ15 comes in, more space.

Why should the flashlight always be on the chamber side?

Ever watch magpull dynamics? Criss Costa has his lights (that's right 2) on the left side. ALSO, I'm really dislikeing the no gas block look that allot of guys are doing nowadays... IMO only springer armalights should go without front gas blocks as they are not semi/full auto.

edit: as this confused illusion: I don't mean lights HAVE to be on the left side I'm just saying it's a preference thing.

So... Chris Costa is now a prophet and what he speaks and does is according to the Lord's word and "should" be followed?

I know plenty of guys have a man crush on him and would want nothing more than to swallow his load, but this is getting ridiculous.

Just because he does something his way, it doesn't mean that's how it SHOULD be done.
