G36 Mag vest or pouch
i have a g36 and wanted to get a static vest or a modular vest with mag pouches. Most of the items I'm seeing are made for m16/m4 mags. Since g36 mags are bigger I don't know what to do. If you could tell me what brand and model you use for your g36 and how well it works that would be great. Also if static or modular is better.

I use a MOLLE vest, and use double M16 pouches (will fit 1 G36 mag) and dedicated G36 mag pouches (will fit 2 clamped together).

Tactical Tailor makes some great 7.62 pouches that fit 2 g36 mags very well without cutting the tabs (but you must join them together).
And by very well, I mean it's not too tight and operates quite well when attached to a vest.

I have one of these pouches at the moment(check link), my only problem is paying 40 USDs(MOLLE) for the first one when i later found out that i could get it directly from Blackhawk at $25USDs(molle). Ya i know they are pricey but that is all i can find, and thats what i got and im not disappointed in them. Its up to you if you want them or not
