A guy I know offered me a ksc glock 19 metal slide/barrel, full trademarks, still in box never fired, comes with 1 mag for 400$ Is this a good deal?

No, it's not a good deal. I saw a few on classified which is better than that. Get age verified then you will see more deal than that.
