What are the BEST kneepads?

I'm looking for a set of knee and elbow pads that are comfortable, provide adequate mobility, and most importantly.....stay in place!!

Does such a thing exist?

I have a set of ALTA Superflex Knee Pads and they're comfortable, have good mobility and stay in place fairly well.

I run a pair of CB Bijan's. They are the ones currently used in the sandbox. Very secure and they don't pinch the back of your knees, an issue with alot of the ACM brands.

I've got Bijan knee pads and elbow pads. They are amazing. Other pads do really pinch the back of the joint. These do no such thing. They are very comfortable and they stay in place really well without limiting your motion or feeling too tight. Would definitely recommend them if you can find a pair.

Just don't get the Parklands cadpat ones. Utter shite. The 'rivets' popped off the first time I kneeled. I think a lot of other users had this same problem because I have seen tons of pictures of them covered in string and tape.

100% agree with ujiro on this one. The Bijan's wrap around your leg slightly above and below your knee, no pinching of any kind....ever.

I've worn them over the past summer on days when it's been 30 degrees and days when it was so humid a mist formed in the afternoon. In both situations they didn't make my knees sweat any more than regular pads. You obviously get the little bit where the hard cap is on any pads, but the additional padding above and below is breathable.

Definately one of my better airsoft investments, considering you can get issued pairs from Jeroon for well under 50 bucks.

EDIT: Didn't see that you live in B.C., most surplus stores should be able to source you a pair.

Got mine brand new from Jeroon. Cost maybe $60 for both the knee and elbow pads. Considering they were new though... Man. Money well spent.

PS, everything shadow_matter said there is gospel truth.

Alternatively... Get some closed cell foam sewn into your gear!
