Trademarked Slides???? Help
Are trademarked plastic slides ok to import?

I've imported several slides without issue. I'd get a metal one over plastic IMO.

for that gun, it will be fine. but be conscious of outer barrel length. For example, i wouldn't import a G19 outer barrel cause it might be thought of as real and thus prohibited under the criminal code. you can find out the minimum length requirements online if you have any questions about importation legality in the future.

For a real pitsol, it has to have a barrel longer than 4" or it's classified as prohibited. I've imported several Guarder Glock 26 slides, which the barrel is under 4", without incident.

It's a toy.. I've imported a bazillion slides
for all kinds of guns including compacts that would be considered prohibs in real steel. Customs could care less about slides, frames are another matter.
