LaRue RIS Kits from China

Hey guys:

Does anyone have any experience in scratch building an AEG front end with china made parts?

I'm just interested in getting something like this:
http://www.rsov.com/index.php?target...roduct_id=2745

I was just wondering if they include all the parts you need to mount them onto a regular M4....ie. like some kits will include large "shims" that you need to ensure that the delta ring mounts on snugly to the upper receiver.

Also, which outer barrels do you guys use for china-made front ends? Are the element outer barrels any decent? The price is pretty good ($20).

Thanks.

I bought a DBoys SD CQB front end, which included everything and it was great. It was this one or one that was identical:

I just got a Larue RIS (China made) from a seller on ASC. I would assume that they are from the same place / manufacturer. Looks like the same one on Ebaybanned.

Mine came with all the shims, bolts, etc.. The only thing I didn't like was that the threaded collar that goes where the delta ring goes is "loose" the threading is correct but it seems like the coller is 1mm bigger than it should have been. It's a bit loose and feels a little unsecure.

I know it's "Chinasoft" but I expected it to be a little more precise than that. Other than that, the machining / casting, trades, logos are really accurate.

I expected some China-quality-ness, but it's rather loose threading (to the point of: if you twist it too much it feels like it's going to strip / skip threads).

PLus there's a big difference between $80 and $250
