WE 1911 empty gas in 2 shot

I bougth a brand new WE 1911 last week. Test it today with propane.

2 first amg went ok.

2 seconds, the slide wasn't cycling back. (had to push it foward all the way)

Then all the orther mags we're out of gas withing 2-3 shot.

Back at home, I tried my propane adaptor with my USP and the mag filled up good, so the problem doesn't seem to bee the propane adaptor.

Any idea?

Hmm, crappy o-rings seem like the culprit for the mags; anyone want to confirm this?
As for the slide not cycling... That's a good question.

Disassemble and check the loading nozzle for damage.

By loading nozzle you mean the plastic part that sit in th back of the slide?

Nothing seem to be broken.

The damage is not always apparent unless you remove the nozzle and examines its insides.

I vote for rocket valve problem.

For your information, this is the little valve inside the loading nozzle.

I had the same issue with a TM P226 about 3 years ago. Changed the clip that holds the rocket valve and everything when back to normal.

That also explain why the slide had problems only once. That probably was when the damage occured.

Took some picture of the nozzle parts. They all seem fine to me. Put it back together and still has the same problem.

As any one ever successfuly used a other brand of mags in a WE 1911?

Only WE1911 mags work in WE1911.

I recommend against disassembling the mag unless you use a proper valve key. WE valves are notoriously soft and easily marred, affecting performance.

Now think that the problem lays in the mags. It like they didn't filled up. No matter how long I filled them the mag never get cold. It used to get cold quciklybefore the problem appear and on my other GBB.

I've order a spare mag to do some test.

Could it be that propane is to strong for WE??
