Restricted Item Order Question:

Just curious as to if there was anyone doing any bulk orders from WGC or RedWolf before Spring, or if in the year I've been out of the loop if we have a way to order them directly yet, hoping for a yes but expecting no :P.

how are you going to get "bulk" order into Canada?
FBL only can import 3 of same type at once, and very limited amount of importing. On top of that what's your reason for importing prohibited item?
You need to sell airsoft? Okay, RCMP can storm your place, seize weapons, and revoke your license
Motion picture? Why you need 150 M4? I suspect you are using much more than Movie
Safety Training? Sure, but you don't need that huge amount good for a Regiment either.

Basically NO, if your importing by means without license, please don't talk on forum about it. It's same as importing an Russian AK47 automatic, Cocaine, etc. We don't want this forum get trouble because of it.

Bulk order is basically impossible due to the importing

Kull, I don' think you have been around long enough to comment on restricted item bulk orders. Have you participated in one? I have, along with a lot of other people. It's been done before, may be done again. So shhh.

Sorry Kull your a little out of order on this one. He's inquiring about something thats before your time here on ASC. Please dont attempt to give a tongue lashing on matters that you know nothing about.

As far as I know there havent been any group orders as of late for restricted. I know there was one that was going on for redwolf for non restricted items. But I think its deadline has already passed. At this point in time theres still no way for us order restricted items without the risk of confiscation and all that lovely garbage.

Ah yes, the good old days. Unfortunatly most of the ASC community will be thinking along the same lines as Kullwarrior, but can you honestly blame them. Recently things have changed so much on what we can and cannot get in, that most people are still confused (no thanks to Canada Customs). As well, most noobs have been getting big time flamed for the dumb "can I order airsoft from the US?" so forth and so on. So anyone other than us oldtimers will be thinking WTF is he talking about??!!....
Don't worry Kull, and please don't take anything said above personally. Some of the oldtimers have just be out of the loop for way too long.

....I really do miss the good old days. ROFL

Kull just becasue he's bulk ording, it doesn't mean that he's ordering AEGs. He could be ordering like a scope or a chrony. So I think you should double check his responce before making a quick assumption.

What's there to not understand? Restricted = guns and receivers.

And it's true what other people have said, if you don't have any idea what restricted group orders are, it's better to not open your mouth kull.

the last restricted order i participated in was in Janurary 2007. the people i knew who did these kinds of orders are not doing it anymore; probably not worth the time and hassle.

it would be great if we can source another private importer.

Sorry I was so late to get back to my thread, thanks for the info guys. I was looking to pick up a G&P M4 Special Operation for the new season but no one seems to carry it outside the retailers I already mentioned and I do recall seeing a few orders last year and the year before about doing bulk orders but... allas, is not an option anymore and thats what I was looking to find out.
