Would this be them?
http://www.icetactical.com/ I have never dealt with this company, but I can see on the first page there are phone numbers available. If there are no responses via email, I would suggest calling them.

Sorry for the necropost but I'm going to all the boards posting this:
It appears that nothing has changed with ICE... On Feb 22 I e-mailed them to see if they had certain items in stock and was promptly told everything was indeed in stock. Placed the order immediately and after 2 weeks I sent another e-mail to Hobey and surprise, surprise, communications ceased (I even tried going through Derek) and I finally had to resort going through the third company that does billing for ICE this weekend (a full month after placing an order for something in stock) to get my refund and to top it all I lost 5$ due to the currency conversion... Thanks a sh*tload ICE, nothing like getting the screw and having to pay for it too.

Ice has been nutorious for extremely long wait times/lack of communication, their new factory/staff was supposed to alleviate that but I guess not. It's too bad their gear is supposed to be top notch.

I got my sharp stick and some marshmallows... but no flame, strange.
Aquamarine has a decent point, Calling will get you more attention than emailing, that said, still might not get you anywhere.
