barrel wobble on KJW M700 takedown
I recently bought a M700 takedown and I'm quite happy with except that it now has a barrell wobble where the 2 halves join together. I've been told that I have lost a rubber ring somewhere. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I don't even know where the rubber ring is suppossed to be so I can't check to see if it's even there still. I'm no gun doc and I bought this gun used with no manual. If anyone can help me out and is willingto use small words for the gun doc impaired, i'd greatly appreciate it.

wait... if only the barel is wobbling and its second hand. that could very well mean the owner had free floated the barrel making it more accurate. the barrel wont fall off the gun, dont' worry, as a matter of fact your accuracy will increase. try shooting it.

I don't think the previous owner did that as It's just started doing it. I bought it and broke it down, re-assembled for some range/accuarccy testing out at the farm, broke it down again for transport. re-assembled it here the other day and now it wobbles. Now I have'nt shot it since than as I really don't hve anywhere local to do so.

Hey Scott, I have not had a problem with mine yet. I normally just kept the two parts together.
