Cyre Vest Knockoff

http://ebaybanned.com/product_info.p...roducts_id=999
First Model is in a tan...(which works nicely with MC pouches... or spray it green with some krylon and toss some cadpat TW pouches)

it's 350 though... think Paul needs to work on the price a bit.

I'm waiting for the Multicam Version to come out. I wonder how it compares to www.gunvest.com vests.

Which is a clone of the real thing. A clone of a clone. The gunvest ones have popped up on e-Bay before, ranging from $550 to $3000

Yes, but apparently only 20 were made with real Crye cordura, those are the sought-after ones. Watch e-Bay, they have popped up before.

How many guys want a genuine mutlicam body armor? If there are enough interests, I will see what I can do. But I will wait for another vest in 2 monthes. This one is made in taiwan.

Well, for me, if tge cost was say $350 for a nylon one vs. $550 for Crye 1000D Cordura, I'd pay the extra for the Cordura.

You didn't get a Crye Armour Chassis. And I have a ton of Brian's stuff. Good quality, but not always the most up-to-date with mounting options for use with MOLLE/PALS.

Qulaity is always a factor of cost. I've bought some of Brian's stuff when he was clearing it out at less than half price. But that still left me with a rig that cost me about $300 with pouches, instead of the $600+ it would have cost me at retail. I have spent alot of money over the last 2 years just on gear, and no rig I have costs me less than $200, and most were much more. I have no problem spending $500+ on a rig if the quality is there. But I'd be pissed to spend it only to find that they used quality material, but the stitching was shoddy for example.
