camouflage fabric?

do anyone know where i could find military fabric online? preferably multicam and woodland? my friend has been taking courses on professional sewing and stuff, and he just copied the crye design with normal fabric, but is looking to find some camo. ive helped him look online, but we havent seen much, i guess where not looking hard enough or just not in the right direction.

If you want the real stuff, try E-bay. I've seen real Multi-Cam on there. You can get generic cloth in a variety of patterns (ACU, both MARPATS, etc.) at Wal-Mart, but it's not really clothing-grade material, at least nothing you'd want to be crawling through the bush in.

I bought my Multicam Cordura from diytactical.com though I have no idea if they carry the lighter material or if they even have any stock.

They've been out for awhile. Kwok has some cordura, however.

Marpat and ACU are readily available at, of all places, Walmart. Stronger materials like 600 or 1000D Cordura need some work; suppliers dont' like to tell you what they have. They expect you to know who has what, and get a referral from someone they've dealt with. Even then, you're looking at 10+ yards of the stuff (36" X 60" is a textile yard).

The stuff I got is exactly the same as the stuff I have bought made from real CP multicam fabric. Its significantly different from the knockoff items I have bought.
