My brother wants to sign up for the forums but we don't get into anyplace to see an age verifier. Is there any way that I can vouch for his age?? He's 23 if anyone wanted to know.

You generally can't vouch for someone else in the verification process. You can help him with buying and selling, since you know he is of age and is personally aquainted, but that's a grey area sometimes looked down upon.

Negative, sorry compadre. To get him verified, he needs to meet an actual verifyer. Heck, it shouldn't be that difficult. One guy from Manitoba today was in the city and since he hasn't had ANY responce from the current Manitoba reps, he waited a couple months for to tag along with some friends to come see me in Saskatoon.
