As far as I know, no reputible company makes a fully assembaled RPK, at least not one thats easy to get. Best bet would be the Guarder RPK kit and a TM AK-47. The kit will run you $999 on sale at ASC right now.

The other option, the one I was considering, was the Guarder RPK outer barrel, which is just the longer outer barrel and a bi-pod.

A question I have to pose is the following: Upgrading from a 455mm barrel to a 590mm barrel (tightbore or not) would require a boreup kit right? (I've heard some using no boreup kits, but they don't get that good preformance).

Now due to MAA rules LMG's must be under 350 fps, and since I'm building this RPK for that exact reason... Will a boreup kit (HurricanE /w bearings) function properly under say, a stock CA AUG spring (settled at 315 fps), plus bearing spring guide and a 6.04 BS barrel?

PS. What does the N-B on those N-B type cylinders mean anyhow?

I don't think you'll get acceptable bore-up performance with a spring that'll do 350FPS. I'm pretty sure regular, no-hole cylinders will push a 590mm barrel fine, it's only the 650 that you need the bore-up for. If you don't get decent performance with a full cylinder and a 590mm, you can just cut it down a bit.
