Can't wait to try those bad boys out! Oh, one thing I forgot to mention last night Morb is maybe you should add a bit of velcro to the inside of the loops that tie to the inside of your belt so that they stay put in case you don't have the tie-downs to thread them through (like what the Eagle MOLLE belt has).

As mentionned by Primus the male velcro on the inside would be nice unless it's already there. Anyway they look less annoying than the HSGI one, for the back part that is.

Might be able to do something with velcro, yes. Need to check how much would be needed and if the tri-glides will still fit. I'll get back to you all.

AOS - CT and OD for now. Price isn't set yet...I prototyped these in the afternoon and whipped off several sets for production trials. Expect them to run about $30.

You don't need tie-downs. Have a look at the photo I posted, you'll see that they go right around the belt.

I could make something to go around the belt (using velcro attachment) with a tie point if your looking for something in that nature...

Just whipped this up as an example. These area little more complex, take much more time to punch out, and since the suspenders work on their own I'd sell these (three to a set) seperately.

This actually functions as a belt keeper - so if you like, you can run your 1st Line belt over your pants belt and lock them together with the keepers, then attach the suspenders to keep everything in it's place.

Doh! Guess I didn't articulate well enough there in my first post. What I meant to say is that it would be good to have velcro on the inside of the straps to help secure the suspenders to the belt because not everyone has the Eagle MOLLE belt which has specific tiedowns for the suspenders

Update - Now for sale in OD and Coyote. I have about 4 sets ready to go (3 in CT, one in OD). Newer version includes colored fastex hardware, so CT suspenders have CT tri-glides, etc.

Still waiting on CT elastic, as my last materials order dissappeared in transit.

Since this isn't the buy and sell, PM me it you're interested. Suspenders are going for $25 a pair. Enhanced belt keepers pictured here are going for $20 for a set of three - they're designed to mate with the suspenders.

Construction details - Milspec 17337/43668 webbing and materials, 69/92 weight thread and ITW Nexus military line hardware.

I've been over to see these suspenders first hand, and let me assure you guys that they are top quality. I would've ordered them on-line from a gear store long time ago if I ever saw them. Scoop them while you can.

Unless I'm misunderstanding Primus' point, he's wondering if you could include velcro to attach to velcro on the inside of many belts to prevent the keepers (and/or anything else attached to the belt) from moving horizontally along the belt. The Eagle Molle belt includes plastic guides at the 3 points where one would attach suspenders which prevent the suspenders from moving horizontally. And if you already do have a system in place to prevent horizontal movement, can you illustrate how it works a bit more clearly for those of us who are to dumb to see?

One more thing, can you clarify where exactly the elastic works into the system? I can't quite see it myself.

Thanks for the endorsement, Viking.

Update - the keepers are OPTIONAL. Some people expressed a requirement to have the suspenders attach to hard points on a duty belt if the belt does not come with suspender mount points (as some do these days). The suspenders are designed to be looped around the belt and tightened at the tri-glide (same as the HSGI suspenders are attached), so the keepers are only required if you want the extra security.
