I just made an order from metal tech, 36 000 BB's, half case (12 bags) of .25's. Cost me something like $265 including shipping from BC to Ontario. As far as I know BB Bastard is sold out of .25's but still have .20's in stock. You can also get em from ASCA in bags of 4000 Guarder BB's. Cheapest place is metal tech though when you calculate the cost per BB.

10000 bbs would not be considered a fairly large amount of bbs.
You can find Metal Tech website by clicking on the Canadian Retailers tab at the top of the page.

BB Bastard is actually cheaper than Metal Tech. When you work out the cost per BB, you're paying $0.00652 from Metal Tech when you buy a half case. When you work out the cost per BB from BB bastard, you get $0.006 when you buy one bag. 2500 BB's for 15 dollars compared to 36000 BB's for 235 dollars.
If you buy equal quantities, then you would save 19 dollars, in which you could buy another bag of BB's with from BB bastard. All prices are before tax and shipping. |

If you shop at Walmart/CT for your bb's imperium, you will get what you pay for. Cheap bb's are cheap for a very good reason.
Buy Metaltech or other quality bb's. Your gun will thank you for it. |

He said he wanted .20's, their cheaper at metal tech ($0.0052222/BB when buying a half case of 45 000) then at BB Bastard ($0.006/BB.) I ordered from metal tech because I needed the BB's now and when I contacted scarecrow he said he was sold out of .25's. Also note that with metal tech .20's are in bags of 3750 for the same price as .25's which come in bags of only 3000.

PRICE IS NOT EVERYTHING! (I know you already ordered)
YES, Jay is a good friend of mine, but putting that aside.... - I have never had a BB induced FTF with Bastards. I have taken a caliper to the odd 10-15 while sitting around, and have seen more consistent (indeed identical) sizing with Bastards than other brands. I use a tight bore and this translates into no jams and more consistent performance. - The packaging is SUPERIOR. This might not mean anything if you are CQB all the time, but when you are rolling around in Muskoka and intend to carry your bag with you, these will survive - The bags are made from heavy plastic and have heavy duty ziplock closures. This means that you can push the air out of the bag and eliminate the rattle of the BB's inside, so you CAN take your bag out into the game and not sound like a maraca. - The bags are shaped so they sit upright on flat surfaces, which makes loading easier you don't have to hold or balance the bag. You spent hundreds of dollars on the AEG or GBB, now you are shopping for the bottom line on BB's? Feed your gun a nutritious diet. FEED IT LITTLE BASTARDS! (I'll take my free bag now Jay LOL)

BB Bastard and Metal Tech (and Airsoft Elite) buy their BB's from the same manufacturer, just different packaging. I've run around in outdoor games with AE, BB Bastard, and MT bags in my pockets/vest and never had any sort of a problem though BB Bastard bags are nicer.
I run with all 6.04mm tightbores and never have anything jam with any BB's I use (BB Bastard, KSC, Guarder, Metal Tech, TM, AE, and a few others) and a teammate of mine uses a 6.03mm and hes only ever had jams with palco sports crap BB's, never problems with any of the brands I listed.
