Modifying crane stock
Hey guys, i have just bought a crane stock today but its a sealed tubes model,and im wondering how should i modify it to make it usable with 3 piece crane stock batteries?
like this one

you can hack saw/ dremel the buffer into a gnp buffer tube style easy. i did it..
what crane stock is it exactly?

I think its a Classic army one
it look like this and here is the sealed tubes on both sides this is the batt

I think you got the KA one, the one that's meant to store CR123A battery in the stock.

the tubes on both sides seems to be sealed all d way do i need to cut up holes for the wires to go in?

Can't really see your lid cover, but it reminds of the KA ones since the stock pad doesn't really look like the CA one. It's strictly to store CR123A batteries or AA, not use.

Not only would you have to open up the tubes, but you would have to cut channels out of the interior of the stock...
You'll save yourself a load of headaches by just picking up a G&P Crane stock... Or if you're set on using large sub-C cells, then you'll have to go with Prime. |
