KSC USP Compact Help
Hey guys,
the trigger on my USP Compact broke. How do I dis-assamble everything so I can remove the trigger assembly? Does anyone have a spare? Thanks, |

consult page 22 of your USP manual. find a group order from WGC or UNCompany and order the part from their site. it's highly unlikely that anyone has a spare unfortunately. Good luck on the dissassemble.

Both are sold out
You think super glue/welding would work? I saw the exploded parts diagram, but I still can't figure how to dissassaemble it. There's no screws or clips or anything it all seems to be a solid stuck together mass. Can anyone gimme some insight/advice |

Nope on both the welding and the super glue, had a friend that tried both.
Get a new one. Pain to disassemble too. |

i'd suggest welding over glue... and most of the parts are held in with pins i think. when you take the slide off, there's the inner frame, my .45 has it held in with a philips screw. you must remove the inner frame to get to the trigger. on the side of the outer frame there's a pin you can clearly see that's where the trigger is connected to the fram. use a thin screwdriver and a little hammering to knock the pin out. Be careful, because the trigger can fly out, and you'll lose 3 springs. Best you make a note where each spriing goes!! Seriously. Hope that helps.

I've tried glueing, and it was to no avail. I've also talked to people in the know about welding, and suggest it's like going to have the same results. I'm still looking into alternative options, actually. When I have anything conclusive, I'll post about it on the boards here.
