Buffer tubes?

Ok here goes,I picked up a Classic army M15A4 CQB Compact seal (Awsome gun!) But the batteries I have for my other M4 wich has a G&P Crane stock don't fit the Classic army one. After some checking,it's the Mount for the Buffer tube is set higher in the tube than the G&P one! Now will a G&P tube fit a Classic army mount? The two stocks fit on each others buffer tubes so I know that works, but I'm just woundering about the way it mounts on the reciver? Any help on this would be great!

An airsoft gun isnt just something you dump stuff on, its a series of tubes! And if you don't understand those tubes can be filled and if they are filled.

ok, sorry..had to do that.

Lol,ok after looking at it some more,I just need a G&P buffer tube and swap them! It seems Classic army only thinks you should be using a 8.4V battery in this model. The Addapter on the receiver is short enough,I think it's just a matter of traking down this buffer tube (G&P).

Also the CA Crane stock requires a differnt wiring job on the battery from the G&P/STAR types. your best bet it to swap it out for a G&P.

It dosen't suck if you have the right battery for it.

I just ordered a CA M15A4 CQB. So the stock it comes with only accommodates 8.4V batteries? Also was it just a matter of installing a G&P buffer tube, was there any modification needed?

Actually, I fit a 9.6V 3700 mAh battery in the stock crane stock. It was tight, but it worked. By the way, amazing gun. Wish I didn't have to sell it, but the CA 25 was beaconing.

The buffer tube mount on the lower receiver will need to be chopped shorter.
