VSR takedown pin addition
I currently own the longest vsr-10 ever. In order to get it anywhere i have to unscrew the body from the working gubbins. Here is the ordeal though each time i do that im slightly killing the threading. I got to thinking as i was playing around with my C-7 and C-9 at work. Why not add quick take down pins to the stock? I was thining of those pins with the button on one end where you press it and two ball bearings fall in so it can be removed. I have all or most of the tools required for this project. The only thing i may need is for tankdude to help me machine to metal blocks with a hole in them. Does this project sound feasible and will it be able to be pulled off with no wobble added to my meter plus sniper rifle?

You have the support of the council.
Your are be coming an engineer. From now on nothing is impossible. Draw up the blocks you need and I can have them done in no time at all. |

excellent.
If it works you will have to patent it and sell it out of the back of your car. |
