Tokyo Marui MP5 SD5
I am real new to the sport, i have no expierence, I am an expirenced woods paintballer, and i am looking for the next step up.
How is the Tokyo Marui MP5 SD5, out of the box how reliable is it? I have heard stories of gears grinding out of the box on airsoft guns. and what type of battery is recomended? thanks |

Tokyo Marui guns are very reliable out of the box. Stock they shoot around 280 fps, which is acceptable for outdoor, although most guns at regular games are upgraded (300-400fps). I wouldn't worry about gears grinding in a new gun - where did you hear that? If you buy a real cut-rate model, perhaps, but not typically with any of the major brand names.
You can fit a large battery in the full stock of an SD5 - meaning 8.4-9.6 ~2000mah. Great gun, MP5s are comfortably sized and easy to use. Use the search function on this site, you'll probably be able to find quite alot of information on the SD5 and airsoft in general. |
