Replacement mag insert for Hero Arms drum mag
I recently purchased a Hero Arms G36 drum mag. Unfortunately the plastic magazine attachment (the part that you insert into the gun) snapped off at the point where it attaches to the magazine itself. I am looking around to see if any retailer sells or would sell me a spare one. Has anyone experienced a similiar predicament? If so, did you have any luck finding a replacement?

Errrr, if you managed to find this site, did you not find any retailers whom you could email and ask?
Maybe ask the place/person you bought that drum mag from? |

I emailed approx 10 retailers before posting on forums. I figured some might have a similiar situation and could offer help. I bought the mag from an ASR classifieds ad and didn't know of the problem until I got it.

Mine broke last winter and I couldn't find any type of replacement parts for the cmag at all, even from HeroArms (who never answered my inquiries). I just changed over to a First Factory box mag instead.

Okay, sorry, but there was no way to know where you had looked first.

Is there some kind of beacon on a US site somewhere advertising ASC recently? I've never seen this many Americans on the boards, all within a week or two.
