PASGT Options
I am moving into AB and heard that it is illegal to own/ship/buy body armour over there. I own a set of PASGT vest and helmet. Now, can I ship them over there (would that be illegal and get me into troubles) or should I leave them here in the east?

Under section 4(f) of the Alberta Body Armour Control Act if you have a licence issued under the Firearms Act of Canada such as a PAL, or RPAL then you are exempt from requiring a permit as your PAL, or RPAL is all that is needed.
(f) an individual who has been issued a valid licence under the Firearms Act (Canada); Last edited by fortsmithman; November 17th, 2019 at 13:51.. |
