Is the hurricane upgrade worth it for this gun...
It the hurricane upgrade worth it for the Kwa Glock 18C? What does it do to the gun? Does the 150% hammer make a difference, or the hi-flow valve? I heard rumors of the hi-flow valve and the 150% hammer creating more chance of the gun jamming. I was planning just to buy the metal recoil spring but i wanted to know if the stck parts can handle that and please let me know if I should keep my gun stock, or buy the hurricane upgrade kit, what problems should i be aware of.

no... Its a sidearm and you don't really need to raise your FPS. The best upgrade is a Enhanced Recoil Spring: Quick cycle and nice recoil with Propane ;-) I never heard about gun jamming with hi-flow valve and 150% hammer spring but I heard these upgrade didnt worth the cost... And you will use more gas.
oh and theres a section for Upgrade and modification  |

"worth" it? That depends on what you consider to be a "valuable" upgrade.
If you want more power, then yes, you'll need that kit. If using propane/green gas, upgraded hammer springs are almost a necessary requirement, especially if playing in warmer conditions. Also, an enhanced recoil spring is recommend when going to a metal slide due to the increased weight. Never heard of increased jammings, however and have never experienced it on the 5 GBBs I've owned and upgraded. |
