FAMAS Magazine Question
Hi, I have a Yang Cheng FAMAS AEG. It is a cheaper version of the Marui FAMAS', but is still mostly metal and shoots fine for my small backyard battles. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could use a 300 round Marui FAMAS magazine in my FAMAS??? From photos I've seen online, the magazines look exactly the same. Mine is even full metal as well. Any help/advice would be appreciated. Thanks for reading.

I've never heard of Yang Cheng. This can't be a good sign. The best way to find out though, is to find someone with a TM FAMAS, and try out their mags.

If you have access to an M16 Mag (pretty much any make) the dimensions are very close to a TM Famas mag. Only real differences being where the mag catch is between the two and that the M16 mag has a spine that runs down the back of the mag. put them both side by side and see how close they are. The best bet would be to find some one with a Famas and compare. Good luck eh!

I'm interested in seeing pictures of this FAMAS. It sounds pretty nice compared to the TM models.
