We need a custom gear designer

Basically, our team require a custom made plate carrier. A little in the stile of a CIRCA, but the real or copy won't meet our needs.

So, I have the basic desing done, but I need somone that can use a sewing machine and has solid experience in designing gear from basic drawing and inspiration photos.

The vests, or plates carriers themself are not complicated to build. They don't have the "auto destruction" feature on them like the CIRCA but have rather, unusual featurs that I don't find anywhere in existing gear. There is no way around it, it must be custom made.

So, Im looking for somone who can build the thing, and providing the material required is a big +.

We would start with a prototype, than have a maximum of 8 copys made.
Price is negociable.

The person, or company should ideally be located in the province of Québec, but Ontario will do. (not too far west, because shipping will rape us).

EDIT: I contacted some of the retailler listed on ASC, but the deadline they have don't suit us or they don't do that kind of stuff.
