Best Surplus stores you have found.
I was just wondering about the best stores you folks have found for availability of harder to find surplus. I have seen posts about Nearby Surplus, Drop Zone Tactical etc. I want to find some more gear, so links to your favorite spots would be fantastic.
Thanks in advance, Scuba Steve |

drop zone is not a surplus dealer. they are a canadian and u.s. military supplier. brian makes some good stuff and many cf members past and present swear by his stuff. you could try tiger tactical as well, but there are other places listed at the top.

Best store depends on your location, unless you mean online. You may want to narrow the request to reasonably close to where you live.

My Surplus Resources
If you are up Toronto way or points east of there:
AAA Army Surplus 199 Baldwin Street. They have a TON of stuff. Most of it is used however (but still good quality), and the new stuff is priced a bit high. Hero's Army Suprplus in Whitby has a good slection, but you'll pay for it if it's a "hot" item. Plentiful US Issue items, CDN Issue rarely. Hero's website has been hacked so I can't get you an address LOL! The best bet is Beaver Surplus at 3269 Dufferin Street (extremely close to Yorkdale Mall and Orfus Rd.), Toronto. Great selection and allot of Airsofters buy there so they know what we are looking for.

There's a kickass surplus store across the border just outside of Fort Drum - $10US BDU pants/tops anyone? If you could get a couple people in on it the surplus store, along with the PX on base (if you've got mil id) would be worth the drive..
I used to make the run all the time when I was in Kingston, but havn't been in awhile... Hmm, the ACU's will be there in Feb... |

ABC Surplus in Kitchener might have what you're looking for. Not much vest wise, but he's got quite a bit in camo, boots, and military patches.

Army Issue. Although his store is physicaly small, he doesn't bother with all the junk you tend to see in the bigger stores. If you're looking for anything specific, he'll do his best to find it for you if he doesn't have it. Beaver Surplus used to be my store of choice untill Army Issue opened up. Plus the owner plays airsoft so he's keyed in to our hobby.
For higher end tactical gear, I tend go to whomever can get it for me (shop around) as I like to mix and match what works for me.

Dave's Army Surplus they carry alot of the designer kit, plus they've now got Gen3's and the factory-released Gen1's. Westley's Military Surplus they may not have designer kit...but oh God they've got everything else.

http://www.aasurplus.ca in Neepawa, MB. What separates Mark from the rest of the surplus dealers is he gets the REAL cool toys. Anyone need a tank or APC?

Hands down the best service I've ever had from an online retailer. Hats off to Martin and Collin. Farmboy over at oneshottactical.com is a very VERY close second. For walking, see Jeroon at Army Issue. |
