Compass armour, anyone has experience with?

So I was looking at getting a ballistic fast helmet, and I came across this on Canadian gun nutz
https://www.bodyarmour.shop/collecti...llistic-helmet

For the price of it, it is very tempting to grab one but it being a new site, I am really skeptical of the quality for the price. From other sites selling them, describe them being Chinese made. Can anyone here give some feed back?
Thanks

It’s probably fine for airsoft wear. Chinese armour is a no go for actual protection though, if you plan on actually being shot at

There are lots of reviews of their armour on Canadian gun nuts. All USD pricing and pay duty but they ship fast and reviews are decent so far.

For that price they're likely gonna be the same as other low tier china offerings like CPG and hard headed veterans. Yes they may be IIIa rated, however they will suffer far greater back face deformation then they should. If you were in a situation where you would possibly need to depend on the helmet to save your life, then I would give it a hard pass. However if its just for airsoft then I see no problems.

Chinese armour can be just fine for budget-restricted people (think Tanzinian park rangers) and airsofters, to be honest. I've tested a bunch of them now. One Chinese PE III+ plate took multiple 7.62x39mm strikes, two .308 strikes and 5x 12ga slug strikes in addition to the 9mm, .45, .357, 5.56 we escalated up to it. Backface deformation was better than adequate in most cases, and only the 12ga slug and .308 made BFDs to worry about.
