WE-TECH XDM 40 Striker spring part.
Hi
I need to find a replacement part for a WE-TECH XDM 40. I did a lot's of research over the web but can't find it. This is a very small part, a little spring to control the striker pin on a WE-TECH XDM 40. This is the part X-13 on the picture attached below. The second picture wil show the striker pin on the pistol. May be some folks here will be able to help me on this |

Why not just take all those parts out?

Doubt you'll manage to find an OEM replacement (unless you buy a parts gun): try a spring from a ballpoint pen or a Bic lighter (there's a spring that pushes the flint up into the flint wheel) to make your own.

what happened with the XDM mosat times is that the sear/hammer wear out and the hammer wont catch, check by looking in the gap at the back of the slide whether the chrome roller is going back up when you let the slide go back forward, if so, youre going to have to hold it down with a screwdriver to get the slide past it

Yep, I just tried it and the slide past.
I was looking on the sear and suspect that the system was not working as smooth as I tought. But I'm a newbie on airsoft. May be I was to much suspicious and it was normal What I have to fix exactly? Is it only a question of adding silicone or replacing a part? Quote:

I had custom made steel sears built, and installed a steel pin in the existing hammer, sorry its not an easy solution lol
I do however still have one of the "blank" sears left |

yea
but the stock parts are next to useless, i had brand new XDM last less than 2 mags before this happened lol I used steel pins to reinforce my parts and replace the original contact points |

Thank you Styrak
I dissasamblied the Hammer Trigger Set ans use a lime to remove a little bit of metal (metal Lolll should I say metal lolll ). This fixe the burst issue. However, when I disassemblied the Sear, two little brass washer dropped on the table without seeing where they were assembled. Even in the We-tech explosion part list, they are not showed. Do you have any idea where they are suppose to be installed? |

wow, what are the chances, thats one of the guns i installed one of my sears in, though it looks like the hammer may have been damaged, the pin looks like it might have broken off partially
can you take more pics of both parts? the brass ring go on the screw that held the sear in the sliding groove in the frame, to help as guide
