KJ P226 CO2 (KP-01) - Gas issues
Hello airsoft community,
I have a brand new KJ works P226 CO2 (KP-01). All brand new. It shoots gas inconsistently. Accuracy and hop-up all over the place. I have tested in 15 - 25 Celcius Temp. Seems to make no difference. I can feel the inconsistency in the slide recoil. I have used silicone oil on all the parts. Dry racked the slide hundreds of times, trying to break in the parts. I have a green gas mag and a C02 mag; both of which have the same issue. Sometimes the gas doesn't have enough pressure to cycle the next BB into the chamber. FPS is about 200 - 280 with green gas. 300 - 400 with C02. I had the retailer rebuild the hop-up and I am waiting to see if it made a difference. Any ideas as to what could be going on? Any ideas what I can do? Thank you Sherminator |

Thanks for the reply Kungpow.
I put a ton of silicon oil in the mags and on the slide, dry fired a bunch of times and cleaned the thing. Now it is cycling well. The retailer also fixed the hop-up issues! Yay I got a gun that works now! Sherminator |
