If you regularly order parts from overseas you may be noticing a couple months or more delays , even if your package is not inspected , this slows down the whole process ..... Obviously we don't want this trash getting in , but the enhanced screening is slowing down the entire process , So be patient before opening a grievance & asking for a refund , most sellers ship promptly & its not their fault .

I've been noticing slowdowns since October when I ordered parts from Taiwan. It took 3 months for them to arrive. Same story with a bunch of small packets from Ali-express etc. Stuff ordered at or around Christmas is showing up now.

One parcel I had shipped via EMS Feb 2nd ended up taking a month to arrive. Normally those things take a week or two tops.

I was under the impression that the slow-down was due to changes in the way CP handles international mail, but the fentanyl issue makes more sense.

You're not the only one who noticed.

Lots of people noticed. Apparently it's due to new shipping process where the merchandise and the small hands that make them are also being stock piled on a large boat before being sent on their maiden voyage.

I ordered from Ehobby in November 2016 and my order finally arrived two days ago. It was a detonator slide. So glad it wasn't lost in the mail.

Made an eHobby order on March 16th. Postman dropped it off today.

Same with one of my teammates.

My windshield washer fluid pump for my car took 3 months to get to me. It was supposed to take 1 month.

It seems like SingPost is the worst affected, sellers from other hobbies won't even ship to Canada now unless it's courier. I just received something from Singapore I ordered on eBay in mid December.

Same here, not just airsoft stuff. My wife ordered something from Aliexpress in November and it arrived at the beginning of March. I got something from China via amazon at the end of December and I just got it 2 days ago.

I miss my magical 3 week china shipping :c

one is laptop bits the other is a big bag of deans connectors... who the hell do you complain to? the post office is passing the buck saying we should contact the sender to push the outgoing carrier, but their tracking says it it hit the canadian border, which means it's in the hands of cbsa.

ShooterCB and other HK based retailers don't seem to be the ones affected. It's mainland China and Taiwan that have been slow for me.

I'm just getting orders from January now.

I've noticed this too. As someone above said, SingPost was the worst. I was told from the retailer that shipping via EMS/DHL has been quite strict lately. Anything that resembles firearms or accessories are prohibited, but I'm sure some retailers in affected areas still manage to get things through.

I haven't noticed delays from TW and haven't ordered anything from HK recently so can't speak for them.
