G&G SRXL upgrading help please and thanks.

hey, so i bought the srxl. now to upgrade to up the fps to 400+ strengthen the gun moving parts, etc but being my first gun and really not very smart when it comes to the moving parts that break first over others etcc so if you could let me know which parts should be upgraded & if you know of parts that can last well during winter outside on semi i would love to know of those upgrades as well thanks evryone hope this wasnt that confusing.
