CA CA4 KM 12 mosfet battery issue
Hello I have one of the new CA CA4 KM 12 mosfet and I have tried to run it on a 7.4 lipo and it will not run at all. I changed to a 11.1 lipo and it worked fine. I also used a 9.6 nicad and that worked for 10 shots. What could be the issue that I am having. PS the 11.1 will not fit in the buffer tube due to where the mosfet is.
Thanks Kharyunn |

Are all your batteries fully charged? Is this a brand new gun? Has anything been done to it?

Sounds like a wire is being pinched or there's a loose wire. From what you describe it sounds like the placement of the battery inside the buffer tube might be messing something up but when it is outside the problem does not occur?
Inspect the line please or disassemble the externals so that you only have the gearbox and a connected motor. I had an aeg's solder connector fall off its contacts with the trigger when I was changing a spring once. QC at its finest. Last edited by RainyEyes; November 1st, 2016 at 21:57.. |

Get a multimeter
Measure the voltage cross the motor leads (with motor disconnected) I would recommend doing this whenever suspecting a problem in the circuit, expecally when a MOSFET is involved.
