Blowback assembly help - P226

So I installed a creation metal slide w/ metal barrel which also came with a piston. I pulled the blowback chamber off the piston and out came part 11 according to this diagram:

http://tech.airsoftcanada.com/TM/TM%...26diagram1.jpg

Now i can't seem to find any place for it to slip back in, the piston is too big for the spring to fit next to it, the stock one is a soft, flexible rubber piece that sits snug on the head of a screw, while the new one has an o-ring and is stiff plastic.

How the heck do I put part 11 back in?? i'm dying to try this thing... thanks!

And thanks to Jugglez for his very informative diagrams, hope you don't mind me linking to it.

edit: it seems to shoot just fine ... just bloody weird that it's missing a piece.

put the nozzle into the blowback chamber

now look directly at the nozzle face on - notice how there's a small hole in the top-right? That's where the spring goes.
Part 10 follows.

What do you have tensioning part 10 if part 11 isn't in there??

I went out and picked up two high flow valves for my mags and the guarder reinforced blowback nozzle. Ran about 3-4 mags, it seems to shoot perfectly. Clean through a coke can from about 15 ft.

I don't have part 10 and 11 in there at all. According to the guys at Dentrinity, it works perfectly fine without it... which I guess is true.

THANKS for the help though

I have been trying for months to replace TM P226-10 and TM P226-11 without any luck at all...It seems that the loading nozzle return spring and guide can be purchased for around $180 but it comes with a free GBB Pistol attached!! Anyone have any leads to replace these parts?

Try this:

Not sure if it'll fit but it's worth a try, and it's fairly cheap too. Good luck.

i think i have those parts kicking around, they came out of my 226 when i did my uupgrade to full metal and i never did put them back. thing works perfectly fine without them installed. i did some researching online and i found out that some other users were having the same issue, emailed wcg and were told it would work without those two bits. they left them off and their guns worked so i tried it with mine and sure enough it does.
