Red dot question
Hello everyone! I'm a new member who is new to airsoft but not new to guns and have a question about what red dots to use and what to stay away from. I picked up a ics cxl 16L from a dealer that was having a sale and want to either go with an eotech knockoff or a aim point knockoff just not sure which is a better redd dot. Or my other option is a vortex strikefire I have sitting on the shelf and no other projects to put it on, would have to make a protector for it but I'm betting be better quality over the knockoffs. What do you guys think or do in my situation?

I would roll with an Eotech with that rifle.

Vortex Optics has a killflash for the Strikefire, I run one it is better reddot than any knockoff as it's firearms grade sight.
My vote is on the Strikefire. |

if those killflash can handle a bb hit then ya i guess vortex it its. not like its getting any use on the shelf, just wasnt sure if i was considered crazy for using it over the knockoffs

Who called me? lol, you'll find a proper sight blows away the replicas. I have replica Eotech, Aimpoint and Trijicon sights and they all have their quirks but I run the SRS cause it has the smallest dot and that minimizes ghosting I find.

I will be getting a Holosun regardless of this negative review after it was used for real steel. For airsoft, it is a perfect.
