Tm Glock 18 Dissasembly Help

I cant get my BBU out from the slide. I am currently at (3:18) for this video.

You should probably look up a disassemble video for the same brand of gun that you own.

That's like looking up a bmw engine manual and comparing it to your mazda.

Thats the problem, there are no disassembly videos for the TM Glock 18. The BBU should fall out freely.

Sometimes TM slides have to be pried apart ever so gently to get the BBU free from the slide, this is of course after you have removed the selector lever and any screws holding it in place e.g. the rear sight screw.

Thanks, I found out that there is a small tab that needs to be pried out. I also found out that TM uses some pretty fragile/soft plastic...egh.

It has been my experience that if you're "prying" something with a TM, you're doing it wrong.

I agree... Which is why I ordered a whole new Glock Guarder frame to uh, hide my noob pry marks

You know it makes me cry when I try and get the BBU out. The thing will not drop free... is this TM's new idea or did I get and older model? Anyways it just minor cosmetic damage to the slide. I plan on swapping the slide to like a PGC in the future. The good news is that I found out that a Timberwolf frame fits all TM the parts like a glove.

What were you prying from that frame?

BBU in one case, but then after unscrewing the rear sight I popped it off from the top (hole where sight was). Other things as well but that was due to my noobness (I.e. Forgetting to punch the pin first)

(Take out the selector switch and the full auto mechanism first.)
Remove the screw (The Chrome/Silver one) then there is a notch between the inside of the slide and BBU. This is located near where the screw (closest to my hand) is on the outside of my slide. You you lightly bend the slide apart you can see the notch on the inside of the slide and BBU. Mine was really in there I had problems taking the BBU out.
