how airsoft depot screwed me over

so a while back I had a pretty good lump sum of cash ,so I decided id buy some new airsoft guns. While I was searching the web for a good new site with something special I found a site called airsoft depot, they had great prices for great looking guns. After about 2 days of deciding what to get off the site, I decided to get a Dboys scar H and an A&K masada (A.C.R) my total was about $700, which at the time I thought was no problem. when the guns arrived in I took one of my spare batteries and put it in the masada but it wouldn't shoot. I contacted airsoft depot and told them what happened and they told me that I couldn't do anything about it, and it was probably just my battery. bullshit. so after they wouldn't help me I went to one of the local airsoft stores in lethbridge to have it fixed, when I brought in the gearbox the guy told me that it was an old gearbox in a new masada body. so I practically spent $400 on a brand new body and old gearbox that doesn't even work, and apparently this isn't the first time that this kind of thing has happened, apparently airsoft depot has been ripping people off for a while now so this is a warning to my fellow airsofters don't buy from airsoft depot you may think its a good deal but its not spend the extra little bit of money on a gun you know will work when it gets to you.

Confirm which site you ordered from please.

Airsoft Depot is not a new site and have been around for years with many positive reviews and great customer service. And are known for making things right.

Wondering if you are confusing the store we know with someone else.

Also there is a store in lethbridge? Never heard of them or any rep that they have and I know most stores in this country and have visited almost all of them in person coast to coast. I have 10 year old gear boxes that are in amazing shape that you would be able to swear were new as well. So harder item to judge without more proof than an unknown "techs" word that has an opportunity to badmouth competition.

Oh and you posted this in completely the wrong section and I have moved it where it should be for now until you reply to my above questions with some more proof/videos/photos. And this better not be a gun you have had for a year and just decided to make a complaint post and waste our time.
