WE glock 23 slide problem, what do i do?

I just bought this brand new WE glock 23 and wanted to field strip, but i'm having problems with taking the slide off, i've made sure to cock the gun, pull the trigger then pull the tabs down but it only manages to move 3mm forward and thats it, even tried looking at dissassemby videos and still nothing

It's not like field stripping a real Glock, you need to have it cocked to field strip it

Remove the slide ,you can't pull the trigger. First you cocked the gun, then pull down slide lock. Finally push the slide, it will be OK
